Born in Poland, residing in Amsterdam since 2014; I’ve pursued a successful corporate career of 15 years before becoming a coach. While assuming a wide range of responsibilities at large multinationals, I also had the chance to lead numerous high profile projects with reputable clients from the Fortune 100.

Although my roles in Program & Project Management and Customer Experience sparked a passion in me to fully embrace and champion a diverse work environment, my devotion to diversity goes back to my childhood in Poland. In a communist regime where diversity and

opportunities were slim, no one even dared going against the grain. Raised Catholic, I was initially no different. I was always told to be a “good girl” and “not cause trouble”.

But it was all about to change. 🌞

LIGHTNING

STRIKES

My open minded outlook on life led me to seek independence which manifested itself in my interest in maths and sports. As I worked hard in both with the help of my dad, I also experienced a long-held dream come true: I saw Michael Jordan play

basketball live. My life in the US felt as if the universe was rewarding me for my courage and determination.

I was reaping the fruits of my hard work:

is what I’ll always remember from that day. I took that feeling and channeled it out in my education. I obtained a Master’s Degree in Insurance Statistics and returned to Poland to accept a position at an American corporation. I specialised in Program Management, moving up to a managerial role soon enough, where I travelled all around the world. It was all going well for me till a full-blown burn-out hit.

My life was about to change once more. ⚡

While recovering from my burnout, I did the 2nd most courageous thing in my life: I moved to the Netherlands. I had spent 5 years building a solid International Program Management Office when the world shut down in March 2020. My partner and I left on a sailing trip around the Mediterranean where I was able to reset and take a look back at my life. Having immersed myself in the incomparable mental shift and purpose coaching provides for quite a long while, I finally decided to make the move to relinquish my beloved corporate position with bittersweet joy. I then embarked on a mission to spread the unparalleled enlightenment I experienced firsthand through coaching.

And that one move took me to where I am today: An Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor & Business Mentor, the perfect role for me to follow my mission, bring out the best in others and lead the life that I truly wish and deserve. It’s been a real rollercoaster, paved with numerous life changing experiences and I wouldn’t change a minute of it for the world.
